Chicken Marsala with regular or whole wheat pasta, organic green salad, rolls, fresh veggie, dessert, drinks.

The Deli Sandwich Menu  

 

Sandwich selections

 

Santa Fe Club- ham, turkey, jack cheese and avocado with chipotle mayo, lettuce, tomato and red onion.

 

Ham and Cheddar- with spicy brown mustard, lettuce, tomato and onion.

 

Turkey and Swiss- with honey mustard, lettuce, tomato and onion.

 

The Italiano- Genoa salami, ham and pepperoni, lettuce tomato, onion and creamy Italian dressing.

 

Grilled Veggie- with grilled seasonal vegetables, sprouts, cheese, tofu and garlic mayo.

 

Curry Chicken Salad- raisins, celery, onion and red bell pepper.  Can substitute tofu.

Pick three of the following salads as an entree (thai noodle salad, santa fe chef, caesar or candied pecan/goat cheese then we also send grilled chicken and sesame tofu in separate containers, rolls, dessert, drinks


Thai Noodle Salad- Angel hair tossed in a spicy Thai peanut dressing with mixed greens, grilled chicken, carrot, cucumber and crispy wonton. Can substitute tofu.
